Outside research, I really enjoy road trips 🚗. One of my most memorable drives was a solo trip from Pennsylvania to Washington State, covering more than 2,600 miles in just four days! Over the years, I have also driven through New York, New Jersey, Washington, D.C., Arlington, Florida, Georgia, California, and Seattle, Washington.
I especially enjoy exploring new restaurants along the way, particularly Asian food. Some of my favorite meals have been Chinese and Korean food in New York City and in a few towns across New Jersey (e.g., ONGA Korean Restaurant).
